What kind of companies do you work with and in what countriesCurrently we work with leading AAA companies and Mobile/VR/AR game companies in Sweden and Spain. We're now expanding to the UK, Netherlands, USA and Canada as our candidates have requested these destinations.

How long have you been recruiting for?We've been established as Santorian since May of 2012 and have been working with gaming clients since 2017. Our director on the other hand has had over 14 years experience in the industry, working in sectors like I.T and Education until recently he decided to work on his passion which is within the gaming industry.

Do you have passion for gaming or just do this for business?The passion for gaming at this company is just insane, Joe has been gaming for about 25 years and used to play competively back in the C&C Red Alert 2 and Counter-strike 1.6 days, now he plays most competitive games he can get his hands on for fun as well as any games with a gripping plotline for him to enjoy. Dan is a bit more of story game and RPG player who has also played games for 25+ years and is the biggest fan of the Witcher series, as well as the old Final Fantasy games, now he is into anything with a story and amazing graphics! Sonny has been gaming for about as long as everyone else but is more into sports games FIFA Ultimate team (This can get quite competitive in the office) he also used to play Counter-Strike 1.6 as well as Company of Heroes as well as hundreds of others. The rest of the team have been into gaming the last 5 years or so except Selma who used to love crash bandicoot series on playstation but didn't have as much time to play once she had kids.
